Sponsoring The Pink Ribbon 5K Run/Walk and The Pink Ribbon Gala

We are excited to announce that XpressBio will be a Miler Marker sponsor at the Pink Ribbon 5K Run/Walk and a Diamond Level sponsor at the Pink Ribbon Gala. Proceeds from both events will benefit The Hurwitz Breast Cancer Fund at Frederick Memorial Hospital.

The Hurwitz Breast Cancer Fund has a tremendous impact on our community. For over 20 years, this fund has supported the Frederick area through purchases and services surrounding breast cancer detection and treatment. Every dollar is used for early detection and treatment of breast cancer, and there are no administrative costs.

The 11th annual Pink Ribbon 5K Run/Walk will be on Saturday, October 5th. This event starts at 8 AM on Hood College’s campus and runs until 11 AM. Runners can participate individually or as a team and there will be prizes for the top finishers. Bring your friends and family to this fun-filled day and help us support the Hurwitz Breast Cancer Fund continue the fight against breast cancer.

The Pink Ribbon Gala is on Saturday, October 26th from 7-11 PM at New Spire Stages, located in Downtown Frederick. There will be performances by Cutting Edge Dueling Pianos and Master Magician Aaron Fisher, a chance to win a beautiful diamond in the Diamonds in Champagne Contest, and more. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided by Roasthouse Pub and there will be signature drinks at an open bar from the Tenth Ward Distilling Company.

We could not be happier to assist a great organization that makes such a lasting impact on the community – we look forward to seeing you at these events! Information and tickets can be found here for the Pink Ribbon 5K Run/Walk and here for the Pink Ribbon Gala.
