The Chromatrap® Enzymatic ChIP-Seq kit is a perfect alternative to using a sonicator to shear the chromatin required for a ChIP assay. This unique filter-based kit contains no magnetic or agarose beads. Users benefit from the inherent low background of a ChIP technology that performs faster and is dramatically easier to use than conventional kits.

All reagents supplied to perform 24 bead-free Protein A, ChIP assays and up to 10 chromatin sample preparations by enzymatic digestion. DNA purification components included to obtain high quality DNA for NGS library preparation. Antibody validation controls also supplied for additional sample validation.
