Coated Binding Microplates
XpressBio offers coated binding ELISA microplates that can be used with tagged proteins for several uses including recombinant protein expression screening, immunoadsorption assays, biochemical assays, competition assays, and protein purification.
These coated plates are supplied in 5-plate packs that are available in 96 or 384-well format with black, white, or clear color options. Plate customization is also available upon request.
Additional features our microplates offer:
- Glutathione coated plates – binds fusion protein containing glutathione S-transferase (GST)
- Nickel Chelate coated plates – Ni2+ activated surface enables metal-chelate binding of His-tagged proteins
- Streptavidin coated plates – binds to biotinylated biomolecules
