Description
The Sovicell TRANSIL AGP Binding Kit enables researchers to predict the affinity of drugs to α1-acid glycoprotein which helps to assess the variability of plasma protein binding under various physiological and disease conditions. In conjunction with the TRANSIL HSA Binding Kit good predictions of total plasma protein binding are possible. The innovative TRANSIL binding assays are in vitro kits enabling the researcher to predict the fraction bound to plasma proteins in a highly defined and pH stable assay system.
