Description
XpressFect is a polycationic transfection reagent based on liposome technology. The specifically designed molecular structure of the cationic lipid ensures easy entry of DNA or RNA into mammalian cells by condensing DNA or RNA into compact structures (DNA or RNA – lipid complex). In the cell the release of DNA or RNA is guaranteed by the built-in endosome buffering. XpressFect is provided as a ready-to-use solution. It shows no serum inhibition, which makes it ideal for transfection of sensitive cell lines.
